aromasin, joint pain and controlling estrogen

ad

so early in my cycle i had some issues with the start of gyno/prolactin. as most of us on here know controlling estrogen plays a huge role in prolactin. so I got everything under control, no more sore nipples and such. but in the process of getting it all under control as with many we need to find our sweet spot on the AI, i am running prami and aromasin. i had noticed that when my aromasin EOD was 12.5 my joints hurt like hell. some days i could barely function in the gym, but 6.25 or less was useless. so right around 9mg EOD i found to be perfect for me. joints get a little creaky but no pain and i feel good, i dont feel the effects of low estrogen that i feel at 12 or above. whether its EOD or E3D. finding the sweet spot this run has been tough as hell for me. i feel it had a lot to do with starting my AI late and having more weight, muscle on and starting to have some estro and prolactin sides. but now theyre under control ive noticed this dose is ideal for me. im running .50mg prami ED and its fine, im getting ready to go up to .75mg. i want to run 1g or up for a little at or near the end of cycle to get the GH benefits

who else has these same issues. and am i the only one running an odd MG dose on an AI

Maybe if aromasin is drying you out too much Arimidex might be better choice for you. Adex has been much easier to dose in my experience. You could try starting off at 0.25mg every 3 days and make it eod if you need to.

Personally, I have tried Letro, Aro, and Arimidex all to control my estrogen. Out of these three I found according to my lab results that Arimidex was easiest to dose control. This may not be the case for you but maybe something you want to look into trying out if your having dosing problems with aro. Also, Arimidex seems to "kick-in" faster in my opinion. If I wake up feeling bloated, I take a dose of Arimidex and 6 hours later im dried out to normal. Just my two cents..

Prami dose looks good, but when I went into higher doses I had some bad stomach issues, nausea. I've done quite a bit of research and others experience this often as well so be prepared with some pepto or something of that nature.

Most doctors will run simple lab tests on you if you have insurance to help you figure this kinda stuff out. It isn't as hard to get labs done as many may think and its well worth a $25 co-pay. Well, thats mine atleast.

i think my dosing issues were from getting on my AI about 2 weeks late, and by the time i did i was starting to feel the estrogen and prolactin sides, so getting it under control and getting the dose right once it was under control made for the trouble finding the sweet spot
