I need help dialing in my recomp diet.

ad

27 years old, 6'2" 218, 15-18% bf. 3 years ago i decided that i was going to use steroids in an effort to get bigger. I did minimal research..still gained quite nicely. But i did 3 bulkers back to back to back. Now im piled up with 3 bulk cycles of flab that just has to go. Btw im on trt. During my secons cycle of test-deca i was arrested for a probation violation. I was 8 weeks in and had to serve 90 days. Sucked my test levels would never be the same. I learned a lesson. Many actually. So im ready to start shedding this shit away but im lost on exactly how to do that. Ill be on cruise for another 2 months. Im looking now to dial in my diet to lose a good portion of the fat then id like to come in blasting test-tbol or maybe var in an effort to recomp my body. I just dont know what i should be eating and how much to eat. I work in a factory as a foreman but im running production most of the day because i get bored just sitting at my desk. So im active. I train 4-5 days a week. My fiance has me on a limited budget for the time being so i only have 100 bucks a week to spend at the store. Im thinkin tuna, chicken breast, eggs for the base of the diet. Anyone that can help me would be appreciated. I have the bulking diet down just clueless when it come to cutting down.

Basically to start with bro cut sugar out of your diet. If you have cereals in the morning for breakfast make sure you have one that contains low sugar content. If you drink coffee or tea drop the sugar. Drink diet soft drinks if you drink heaps of softies. As for the food side of things the Tuna, chicken and egg whites are all good as long as the tuna is not in oil and the skin is removed from the chicken. Eat heaps of salads and veggies as these add bulk but have very few calories in them and will aid in getting all the nutrients that you require. Ok now 1 big tip. Dont eat till you are full. Eat till you are not hungry any more. By doing this you are not overloading you stomach with food. You will get hungry more often but then you just eat more often. I have never been one to count calories. Hope this helps.
