+ 1 Doing things different.
Just wanna share with you guys whats been going on with me as of late. Im bulking right now. Running 900mgs of test e solo. Eating everything in sight, fuck it...But...im doing something different this time. I've dropped my training frequency down. Instead of training 5-6 days a week, im training 3-4 days a week and fellas, im growing. Theres a little water and a little fat going on, but im getting some good quality mass this time around and it seems to be coming in faster than before. I get sore after every workout now and i love that! When you train 5-6 times a week you dont get sore and you question whether or not you're going hard enough ect. Im giving myself plenty of time to recover and giving the juice a chance to do its job! Also...form! I've been leaving my ego at the house and making sure im getting proper stretch/contractions on every exercise. I recommend that anyone thats hit a platue to back off of your training frequency a bit. Give it time though. Dont quit the shit after a week, give it some time and i bet ya grow.

CleyonGreat advice, and thought process! I tend to get really caught up in the ego thing (when you've been a 265lb weakling you wanna show off!), form and full reps are much more important! One thing I'll add, changing up your training is key to getting gains. If you continue to do the same excercises the same way week after week you will plateau.
Keep that hunger for the gym all year round.
High five! Keep kickin ass!
