My stats I'm 54 years old 5'7 170 10% bf, work out really hard 5 days on 2 off .Diet is pretty good When I'm off a cycle, my diet is spot on eggs chicken fish no carbs after 5pm and look pretty cut. On a cycle I try to take more carbs and I get bigger but also the gut gets bigger, which I hate.
On my 6th cycle and it goes like this
16weeks
1-13 test en 750mgs MWF
front loaded 1250mg week one
kick started 3 weeks of test prop 100mg eod
Tren EN week 4-12 400mg 200 M 200 Thur
week 13-16 test prop150 EOD
HCG 500iu week 3-16 split M250 thur250
MGF 300mcg PWO IGF-1 LR3 1 hour later 50mcg's both bi-lateral
When I reach week 7 I feel like I can move walls and sex 3 times a day is a good start.
2 months after my cycle I really don't give a shit about most things. I can have sex but don't care if I don't
Do you think I'm a good candidate for HRT and how should I approach it.
I read HGH and Test prop, is that instead of PCT? I also read like 2iu's of HGH and 50mg prop eod.
I also read HGH needs to be accompanied by T-4
Would appreciate some expert help.
Also any opinions on GnRH for PCT

tread-mYou hit on the HRT pretty good. HRT is a little different for each , mine is kind of up and down with the prop but it takes some time to learn your own body. I can tell when I'm right on it and if I have the signs I can move my prop around to balance. Yours there is a good start point and over the first year of HRT you will begin to learn yourself. Its nice to run blood work if you can during a few day period where you feel like a million bucks to get an idea of where your levels are in that mode. Once you learn your sweet spot prop is awsome. It gives you very quick effect being fast acting and that includes it will drop off quick id you feel a little high and bp comes up. I would say for your age stability is a key component in health so the HRT would serve you very well. Feel free to PM me for more and if interested we will get you started. T-4 will be ran only during blasts and we can control the bloat you speak of through that and a couple other things. Diet of course is everythiing so even as you begin the year round it will always be where the real work is.
