Week 1,3, and 4 on Pcom test
Pictures are progressive starting at the first week, then the 3rd and 4th week. I really had doubted the legitimacy of the gear from the get go, being my first online deal, but I have gained over 10 lbs on pharmacom testos 250 @ 500mg a week in the past 3 weeks. I cut back to 250 a week because, people are asking questions and at that rate of 500mg it would be no denying roids in another few weeks, plus my back was breaking out terribly and I had horrible anxiety. Hope this helps people in their decisions, there gear is tha bomb! Also, I train 3-4 days a week mostly mixed martial arts, tons of body weight workout's, intervals, cardio. I haven't stepped foot in the gym, all I'm saying is imagine how much bigger I could be hitting the iron, just putting that out for the pure bodybuilders. I train to fight I'm not trying to get crazy big, but my strength is way up and intensity. Anyone out there I need some help with my pect's to get the look I really want, any suggestions? I am gonna start hitting some bench atleast, I do mostly a lot of pushups and dips, tons of planks, medicine ball and kettle exercises. Some help would be greatly appreciates.

Try diemond pushup and tyson pushups did alot for me when I was going for that look a few years back.

Thanks, yeah I like the ripped look not being big. I still got some work though, carbs are my enemy is all I can think of cause I can't lose the last little bit in my abs and it pisses me off!

MONDAY: HEAVY BENCH DAY... Try lifting with bands attached to the ends of barbell, and anchor em to the floor w/big ass dumbells, power rack, etc. "will give you extra 65-100 pounds resistance at the top" Bring the bar down slowly, but then rapidly accelerate it through your full range of motion. After, place boards, or a "rolled up towel" ranging from 1 inch to 5 inches high on your chest, to Reduce range of motion. <<< IMO, Very important!!!
Barbell Bench press. After you warm up, set the bench at a 45 degree incline for 3 sets of 5 reps. Start at your heaviest weight you can for 5. Rest for a couple minutes between sets. Do 2 sets of 6 reps at the same incline. Set the bench flat, and repeat the same sequence. Set the bench at a decline, and do 3-4 sets of 6 reps. Finish by "flushing" Higher reps to increase blood flow to your muscles. Do 2 sets of 10 reps apiece, of cable crossovers, in which you bring the handles of opposing cable stacks together in front of your chest. Rest for 1-2 min between sets...
THURSDAY: "Close grip bench day"... Start w/10 pounds more each side than you'd normally be able to do for the reps. Use the blocks, or towel. 3 sets of 5 reps, and then 3 sets of 6-8 reps. rest 2-3 min between sets. Everyweek or 2, lower the board, stops on the power rack, etc, by 1 inch; and complete the same workout:) continue removing blocks until the bar comes all the way down to your chest.

Second cycle, I'm a little small in the first pics I had a knee injury last year and lost 24 lbs since December, trying to get it back now that I'm healed. I'm at 187 I started at about 170ish.
i see, well imo which isnt very experinced, but i'd run 500mg all the way through if your getting results like that is just 3 weeks, who cares what ppl think. but as far as your chest goes, if you want it to grow you gotta work it out. bench press, incline, decline, flys, cable crossovers, and mix it up with dumbells too, do that, keep your diet right and you'll grow.
You think I have fairly good gains so far? I'm blown away but thats just me. My diets pretty much on lock down, and I'm tear assing through some food too! Quality food, tuna, chicken, steak, vegetables, beans and shakes not perfect but it's working. I'm trying to cut carbs hard my abs need a few weeks work to be where I want them and thats 99% diet, losing that little layer that's insulating them. It's not as much what people think as the acne and the extremely intense anxiety but I got some xans like I mentioned so maybe I can bump it back up with those. Yeah I already do variations of cable crosses they work so many muscles I love them, dumbells are always good I been liking the kettles, I can try flys my shoulder rotator cuff has an issue some times when I use my shoulders it kills it. When I said bench I was thinking of def hitting incline and decline to try and just thicken them up, that's what I'm lacking to be where I think I'd look real good just the pecks, and a tan to make it all pop.
well based on what your saying as far as the weight you've gained goes, i'd say thats good. If you want to see the best results your gonna need to train all your body. My cuz is a pro mma fighter and has to be careful with what he takes otherwise he gets to big and can't make weight for the fight so i understand your concern with not wanting to get too big. Honestly i'd say figure out exactly what your goals, then research to see what gear will get you there, some other gear might help you get what your looking for, test in the amount your pinning is gonna get you big. btw i cant respond to pm because my karma level is too low.
Thats gay I'll help you out, i can vote. They changed the rules wasn't like that before. I'm 188 lbs I'd like to break 200- 205 lbs something like that at 6'1" I'd be pretty stalky but not monstrous. So I'll keep my doses in check an try not to turn hulk, lol. Change up my workouts as=dd some dumbells and bench take it from there. I got to add in some squats that's the most important mass building exercise I know of but its so boring.
6'1 and 205-210 would be a good size. Ya doing legs in general is boring, I dread it but its a must considering its half your body lol
