Hadn't wanted to put up a pic cause my acne has gotten bad especially under my neck it's all red, but what the hell. Before and after pics of test-e 500mg a week Pcom/ Sciroxx cycle, still have 4 weeks to go. Weighed 196 today, weighed 155 11 months ago, hope to keep it going.

I eat alot, I put on 41 lbs in a year. I'm happy with the gains I have gotten and how I look so no offense taken.

how many calories you ingesting per day? not to be mean, but to me it looks like you have put on maybe 15 pounds. In eleven weeks you should be putting on at least 20 pounds of mass, not just muscle of course. But i see progress, just saying maybe up the calories a bit! NICE JOB!
