Veteran weight lifter , familiar but new to cycles
Lifted weights for 12 years coming from 175 pounds to 225 . I went from scrawny and chubby benching 135 to a max of 225lb 18 times. Then a seizure and fall from a ladder left me bed ridden 2 years. Took me 5 years PT to get my dominate arm to 75% strength. A heavy deca cycle really helped my back and shoulder. I know now I can't really get back to where I was without some help. Still 20lbs lighter than my best weight and strength but can get 225 10 times now so feeling pretty good! Learned alot from friends that have cycled for years and being a familiar made it alot easier for me to get in safely. Going to branch out and find a nice blend to build and support joints but my first cycle went well. Worked up to 900/700 test/deca a week remaining safe on my bloodwork and low side effects. Branching out options on my second cycle and getting it ready for February.
