two doses of peptides per day get my IGF over 300 but cause water retention that is annoying. Hands feet and face. Dandelion root pills and leaf/root tea have helped me a little, I hear it is through the hormone ADH (vasopressin). Anyone found a way to dose GH or peps with no bloat at all?
