+ 1 Help needed from you TRT Lads - Poll/Survey
Alright gents,
I am doing a little research into 19-nors and need to get a hold of some real-world and subjective experiences with getting the test/estro balance right on TRT. I am hoping you guys wont mind giving me a little info. It will help me finish my current 19-nor research by helping me calculate 19-nor doses that could potentially become a dosing baseline protocol based upon estrogen conversion rate.
I was hoping to poll those who have dialed in their doses, for their own bodies; to hit an optimal dose of test subjective to them alone, resulting in an optimal/within range level of test and estro, without a need for an ai
I was hoping to build a range from you guys of your personal subjective TRT baseline, to help me understand how much exog test can get you to a steady state of balance, without the need as I say to balance estrogen spikes (mimicing your 'normal' essentially).
The poll questions are, (without a need for an ai and resulting in what you consider to be optimal for you...)
1. What is you personal dose of test?
2. What is the typical TT level it yields?
3. What is the resulting E2 reading at normal/'within range'
Thanks men

Last labs drawn 50hrs after pin were on 200mg test cyp/wk test was 1480 and e was 47 without ai
Thanks fella, really appreciate the input
I'm confused a little bit. It seems your wanting to know people's trt dose of testosterone that they can use without ai? Then you mention 19-nors and I guess that's where I'm confused since you don't say anything about it again? Anyway I can run 150-200mg test e each week without needing an ai. This puts me my test levels at 1200-1500 and estrogen is 30 +- 5.
Yes sir. So the area of research I am at is the method of action of the androgen receptor, how activates and how it then acts. Unconverted synthetic testosterone binds to the ar but prior to this a % of total test will be converted to estrogen.
19-nor also aromatise and also can bind to the AR. I am trying to calculate an approximate dose range for 19nor based on its conversion rate to estro, but so that will only allow for an estrogen range similar to the much more well studied area of TRT. Does that make sense? Does it sound logical, prior to testing it? (The range will be independent of combined compounds usage and independent of expected sides, which would be observed during experiment)
Thanks for the info, greatly appreciated
That makes sense. Are you trying to figure out an equivalent 19-nor dose that would not require an ai?
Pretty much, to create an experiment, and as much as I hate 'ranges' they would be essential for the purposes of testing and subsequent discussion
The other thing is that the experiment would need to be as independent as possible of estrogen/prolactin factors. Any compound that in any way increases estrogen or that can act on the prolactin receptor would need to be excluded for example; HGH, or even milk!
