Any fighters...mma, boxing, kickboxing, wrestling, muay thai???

I am looking for ideas, feedback, or experience of any type of fighter: mma, boxing, kickboxing, wrestling, or muay thai. My dilemma is preparing for a fight and leading up to. I am looking for help maintaining strength, loosing bf, keeping water retention down, and maintaining cardio or improving. Currently, test, ana, semorilin, and ipamoralin. Not really of a fan of clen, gets me a lil geeked out. Anyone with experience with meldonium? It has been in the news lately. Any suggestions or comments are appreciated.
