Some days i'll get the shits, somedays I won't. But my poo will be alot more watery than usual, I shouldn't call it diarrhea though sorry. Same with milk. Some days i'lll have cereal and be fine other days it will come like 5 minutes after I eat it.

Acesulfame Potassium and Soy is basically a caner causing artificial sugar and GMO soy. The one I buy has 1 ingredient and the milk it's made from is non GMO.

Its typically a sign of low quality protein. I use Whey Isolate exclusively for this very reason. I have some mild IBS and I have to be careful on what I consume.
Means your over doing it and not eating enough fiber and roughage also. Too much of a good thing=bad. Pounding a ton of protein does nothing for you. You only absorb soo much. Best to get it all day a constant flow vs a fuck ton in a huge sitting , but hey what do I know.
It seems like forever for me to even be able to remember a 'bad protien experience'...All my protein comes from whole food meals....only powder protein I have is 1 scoop postworkout w some egg whites (liq) sometimes if I dont use egg whites I'll use 2/scoops.
Just like they say down below bro you get what you pay for...... cheap protein will do this, when you work so hard to get in shape or what ever then waste the results on cheap end of things....protein and good quality foods is the number one thing and shouldn't be skipped on. There are good proteins that have digestive enzymes in them also, but its going to cost good money for good protein.....And goes for food as well good quality foods not cheap stuff...This is not a cheap life style i spend more on food than anything else because if you don't give your body good foods what is the purpose of working so hard and not replenishing your body, to me that is worse than not doing anything at all.....
Get ahold of a tug toner..and get 90 reps while on the toilet. Guaranteed diarrhea stoppage.

Low quality protein will go through your system just like that. You need to actually spend more then 20.00 or the protein you get will be spiked and your toilet will digest it better. I found when I used the cheap shit it passed right through me but when I used higher quality I never had the farts or the shits.
What type (not brand)? How much are you drinking? Do you have any allergies and intolerances? Any other medical issues? Any medication, alocohol, drugs, aas in the mix? How do you tolerate whole food forms of protein? Could be many things and not enough info to remotely help.

Depending on the type of protein and fillers what not... I can chug most proteins and not have an issue one. Also, I use water, not milk.
