Thoughts for running ostarine for pct

ad

Making this post to see what you guys think about your thoughts about ostarine for pct. I want to add ostarine for keeping and getting the most out of my gains. Also I takeI'm currently 5 9', 242 lbs... Was 225 when started 500 mg test e cycle... I'm on my 10th week, strength started increasing week 4.. Gained 17 lbs so far, no bloat...I'm doing a 12 week cycle, no sides, I get woodys at least 8 times a day for no reason or for just checking out a girl lol. I am taking 12.5 mg of aromasin twice a week to keep up with gyno estrogen related issues..(however don't have any)when I do pct I will be adding bcaa's and Humanafort along with Clomid and nolvadex.

Cycle supplements:

Milk Thistle & N-Acetyl Cycstine (liver)

Saw Palmetto & Nettle Root (prostate)

Hawthorne Berry & Celery Seed (blood pressure and joint lubricant)

Red Yeast Rice (cholesterol)

Fish Oil

Multivitamin

Whey protein

BCAA's

Have to be real careful running sarms during PCT. They can be suppressive especially depending on the dose. Based upon the fact that it is recommended to run a "mini-pct" after a sarms cycle I would steer away from them during PCT, make sure you are fully recovered and use them as a bridge between cycles instead.

Ok man thanks appreciate it

In my opinion, if there is anything that you could add to pct that would not intefere with recovery and even help it a little as well as minimize muscle loss would be low dose of quality HGH.

Run a real PCT instead. SARMs can shut you down at certain dosages. Make it up with your diet to keep the gains instead.

If you actually read my post you would see that I am running a legit pct. I'm seeing what other vets think of running ostarine with my pct. thanks

I did read your post, but I see I may have come off abrasive.

If you're interested in SARMs give the group a look, and possibly look into adding them into your cycle next time around. Just didn't wanna see you add them to a PCT and not recover sa'll brother.

Thank you very much for being honest, it's just that every time i do make a post there's always someone negative however i appreciate the great info on that and I will not take a sarm at all, what do you think about a AI like aromasin on pct?

The Impastable's picture

I honestly can't give you a personal experience on that as I've only ever ran it once and never run it into my PCT. I prefer using arimidex to aromasin, and I've never run that into PCT either, because it doesn't cooperate with SERMs. I do know plenty of people who have run aromasin into their PCT and swear by it, but its very dependent on an individual basis. If you experience estro rebound in the past, are prone to gyno, etc then it may be worth doing.

Thanks pal, I appreciate the speedy response and no, I've never had any gyno issues this whole cycle, considering its my first. Just taking to keep estrogen at a decent level

The Impastable's picture

Gotcha. Your bloodwork showed it in check or did you start taking it to keep it in check after bloods/sides?

Integra9807's picture

Haven't got bloods yet, waiting for the last pin and I'll go a second time when my pct is finished, I take 12.5 mg after every pin

Should've gotten them around week 5-6 to figure out where your levels were at, including the estrogen... this would have been a key signal as to whether a) you needed to be using aromasin, and b) whether or not your dosage protocol was correct. It's really up to you at this point... you should proceed according to how you feel. Again, I can't really help about running it into PCT, but there's plenty of posts on here advocating for both running during/against running during PCT. Give them a read.

Short answer: no..

I wouldn't recommend it. It can be suppressive. I used it only once in a pct and it was used at what was considered safe for pct and non suppressive dose and it was still the longest and hardest recoveries.

Thanks man, much appreciated
