Super clean diet went dirty

ad

About 3 or 4 years ago I read that alot of your top pro's don't eat super clean even for shows, they throw in some crap to keep bulk on and energy up, I started doing this more and more, and my results have improved dramatically in muscle fullness and look.........now I don't mean eating chips and candy bars, but I used to cut pasta out and starches when getting ready for a show which in turn made my muscles flat for a couple of shows. So when I realized that my body can handle those extra calories, I kept them on going and the result was a fuller muscle. Body type and metabolism is not a one size fits all so getting dirty isn't a bad thing, don't believe the hype, go with what works for your body type. Good luck!

I remember working in a supermarket when I was in my teens, an obviously 'enhanced' bodybuilder used to come in all the time. So as a young teen lifter I used to spy the food that he was buying. To my amazement most of it was what you would consider shit. 30% Cream cakes/pastries etc, and the rest was very normal. He was in great shape week in week out though.
