FST 7 Input
ad
I have tried FST7 a few times, but I cannot find any info on how many exercises per body part to use it and for how many weeks. Every time I read an article on it, I can't seem to find a straight forward answer without a bunch of mumbo jumbo mixed in. Any one have a straight answer on how many sets to use it on and how long to incorporate rate into your workouts(i.e. weeks)?

Pick on exercise at the end of your workout for each muscle and do 7 sets of 8-12 with 30-45 secs rest. Great way to shock your body. But you should know this program was designed for guys using synthol.
thats the way to do it. Even without synthol I felt like it gave me a great pump at the end of a workout.
No synthol here.....but gear works nicely. And I believe it couldn't definitely help my situation with my feet, shock my muscles since I'm on my feet all damn day for 10 hours. It's way more cardio than any if any cardio with my workouts. Low bodyfat is constant so walking is taking my leg size down, so I got to do something to save them.
I think it is best as a finisher to really finish off that muscle
Yes I know as a finisher but what I ntk is do you use it for a finisher of each exercise of that muscle or just one? This is where my all confusion comes from, thanks
Say you work chest and tris one. So I would do something like high cable crossovers for fts7 after doing my more compound chest exercises. Then like dumbbell kick backs for tris fts7 after my main tri exercises.
If you did it for every exercise you will be at the gym a long time.
okay thanks. I see what you mean now. Yeha cause one day I tried it after each exercisize and the next 3 days I kew that couldn't be right..lol..but for as popular as FST7 seems to be, there seems to be a lot less real answers on it, good luck to ya!
