most weight in a months time

I'm currently dirty bulking. I have to keep my calories @ 4 to 5000 a day just to keep what I have. I am a serious hardgainer. I eat @ least 5 meals a day, and I'm forcing the 5th meal down. I'm currently taking in an extra 2600 cals from a weight gainer."BSN true mass" taking 2 shakes a day.. 1 when I wake up @ 430 am & 1 @ around 8pm. Any suggestions on how else to get my calorie and fat intake up with feeling like I'm gonna puke all day long from feeling so damn full?

I'm a hard gainer too. I've always had a very fast metabolism. When bulking I eat seven real meals spread out over the day as well as two weight gainer shakes that I make myself. The only way I'm able to eat that much is to incorporate EQ into my cycle and kick start it with adrol until the EQ kicks in. Both EQ and adrol will increase your appetite. Also try to eat quality sources of protein. I eat three sirloin steaks a day 16 to 20 oz and my powders are beef protein or egg protein based. I like carnivore or paleo. 75 mg of adrol a day will increase your appetite and strength a great deal but 600 mg of EQ a week will make you want to stuff your face all day.... it's like permanently having the munchies. It makes it so much more fun having to eat all day. I can put on 35 to 40 lbs in two months easy when on a true bulk eating like that I also do the 5 X 5 strength program during a bulk which is 45 minute work outs three times a week all compound lifts with heavy weight and absolutely no cardio. Also if you're a hard gainer I wouldn't try to bulk on tren. I'd stick with sust/EQ/deca and adrol as an oral. This is just my experience as a hard gainer. Good luck man

If you're "dirty bulking" then certainly don't forget about oils and such...oil is loaded with fat some of them even good fat and big fat = big calories I know some guys even put oil into their shakes...otherwise make sure you have carb dense bulking foods French fries hasbrowns pasta you can even enjoy like Alfredo And all the good stuff...eat a few snickers each day...if it's calorie dense eat it...just be careful of your bp and heart health etc

I was actually thinking of this, lipids are 9 kcal/gram when carbs and protien are only 4, so I was thinking of blending up some complex carbs such as beets, carrots, squash and what not with some pea protien, fruits like blueberries. And maybe adding coconut oil to up the cals. I've stayed away from simple carbs to lean up, but thinking of adding them back to my diet on cycle. Scared to bloat, I want to inflate in all the right places lol.

I hear you on the dirty bulking. Gain now, worry later lol. I keep pop tarts in my night stand in case I get hungry. What I used to do was wake up around 2am and eat a tub of cottage cheese in addition to the second supper around 11-12. Then go back to bed lol.

my last run I would wake up at around two and eat some fruit I had next to my bed, apples, oranges. i'm going to plan ahead this time with bagged sandwhichs.

Lol...in eating all I can man. I'm consuming 2800more calories a day than b4.. makes my total around 6500/7000 a day. Gaining all I can before first of the year.. maybe into spring.

Good job man. That is a high intake for sure, and should help you gain. Just make sure your macros are in check. You don't wanna consume calories for the sake of calories if they are all empty.
