+ 1 Taco Tuna burgers!!!

4 Cans Tuna
1 Cup (120g) Celery
1 Cup (150g) Yellow Onion•2 Extra Large Eggs
10 1/3 Ounces (305g) 98% Fat Free Cream of Mushroom
1 Packet Lower Sodium Taco Seasoning Mix
8 Tablespoons (64g) Wheat Germ
1/2 Cup Rolled Oats

Fat: 30g
Saturated Fat: 4g
Sodium: 2321mg
Carbs: 119g
Fiber: 29g
Sugar: 27g
Protein: 121g
Calories in each Burger (if you make 6):

Calories: 205
Fat: 5g
Saturated Fat: .6g
Sodium: 386.8mg
Carbs: 19.8g
Fiber: 4.8g
Sugar: 4.5g
Protein: 20.1g

Drain your Tuna, take out a large bowl, and add your drained Tuna into it. Turn your Rolled Oats into Oat Flour by blending or processing them until they look like flour. Chop up your Celery and Yellow Onion. Add in your chopped Celery, Yellow Onion, Oat Flour, and the rest of your ingredients into the large bowl. Mix everything together. Take out a baking sheet, coat it with some non-stick cooking spray, and shape your mix into burgers. Cook on 400°F/206°C for 10:00-12:00

Ahh good idea bro!! And if ya dont wanna use tuna you can also use can chicken as feel! The 98% fat free if u wanna be real critical!! Lol lemme knw how it works out for ya bro!!

I made tuna burgers, but I changed it up a bit, I used the tuna, mixed in diced onion, corn, and I used bread crumbs instead of oats, also instead of wheat germ, I used whisped eggs and mixed it through to make it stick together, also I added extra chilli and black pepper was nice stuff, thanks for the idea!!
