+ 1 Diet-Lean Bulk
Ok wasnt sure where to post my diet but, it's more of a lean diet so I thought I would put it here. Any help or input would be great! Ok I'm 38 been have some cycles under my belt keep it pretty simple test-P and NPP and cruise on Tes-C thru my doc. Run the test C at 200mg a week and when I run the prop and NPP I run that at 450 mg of prop a week and 300 of the NPP. I'm 6'0 I weigh 195 and not sure of my BF%. So here's the diet a trainer at my gym gave me and been on it goin on 3 weeks and seein a lil weight gain but wanted some input from you bros! Thanks.. also have not been using any creatine. I did not tell the trainer I'm on the juice!
5 am meal
5-6 whole eggs hardboiled to save time
1 banana
1 cup of oatmeal
8 am meal
8oz lean red meat (flank steak)
6oz of white rice or potato
1145am
8oz chicken
6 oz of white rice or potato
3pm pre workout meal 1 hour before lifting
8oz chicken or turkey
half avocado
during workout 50 grams of carbs from carb drink (karbolyn) with 5g creatine
post workout 20minutes after finishing carb drink have 50 grams of whey protein
6pm
8oz chicken, turkey, or fish
1 cup broccoli
4 oz of rice
before bed
1 serving of cottage cheese
cardio 3 times a week postworkout incline walk

Just a quick scan over this without doing any math this looks like nowhere near enough calories for any kind of bulking potential. Bottom line is, more food, or no grow. This is a very "bro" diet. Think calorically dense foods. Nuts. Fatty meats. Healthy oils. More carbs too. Also make your bedtime meal almost identical to the 6pm meal. The "no carbs before bed" thing is total shit. Then you'll be bulking my friend.
