Halotestin

ad

Anyone have any experience with Halotestin? Would like to hear good and bad experiences. How was it used in your cycle and at what dosage? Did you feel it was beneficial, and would you consider using it again or not?

I've done three Halo cycles. Two two-week runs, just finishing a three week cycle, Halo only. Bottom line, I love the stuff! I can't speak to the science, only my own personal experiences. Huge strength gains almost immediately. Dosage was 20mg on off days and 30-40mg on workout days. I hit PR's every week and seemed to keep most of the strength after the cycle. You won't gain mass, but I lost visible amounts of fat, which was exact;y what I wanted.

Sides were tsunami night sweats and some slight headaches which went away when I upped my water intake. You're going to want to aim for a gallon of water a day and get ready to change your sheets every morning. Also, as you probably know, Halo is extremely toxic so liver protection is a must. I took N2Guard and TUGAD. Bottom line, if you want to lean out and push the big boy weights, Halo is the shizzle. Just be careful and treat it with the respect it deserves. I wouldn't do more than 40mg ED and wouldn't run it for more that 3-4 weeks. Good luck!

I used 5mg of old pharma grade halo pre workout for a month or so. Worked pretty good even though the dose was really low. Stamina and strength was up.

Halotestin (Fluoxymesterone)

So, speaking of aggression, we come to Halotestin which may be near the top of aggression producing AAS. In fact, I would never recommend Halotestin to a bodybuilder, as it has numerous side effects and, as stated before with Anadrol, you can get the same wanted effects with Dianabol.

Halotestin is a 17-alkylated oral steroid that is strongly androgenic with mild to moderate anabolic properties. It is another drug that does not aromatize, so anti-estrogens are not needed if used alone. It is, however, strongly reduced by 5-alpha reductase, and the effects are seen in those tissues that contain the majority of that enzyme, namely the scalp, skin, and prostate. Knowing that, one should expect worsening of male pattern baldness, acne, and prostate hypertrophy as predominant side effects. Others include those associated with all strongly androgenic AAS, including elevation of blood pressure, water retention, and increased aggression. Like Anadrol, Halotestin is often taken merely for the aggression increasing effects by performance athletes.

All of this comes at a price, of course. As with any 17-alkylated drug, elevation of liver enzymes and potential liver toxicity are potential side effects. This seems even more pronounced with Halotestin. As such, cycles should be kept to roughly 4-6 weeks with adequate liver protective agents being taken throughout. Typical dosages are 10-40mg per day.
