I'm totally new to the site.....i have been reading a lot of post but one thing i have not come across is music.....as i'm sure most people go to the gym with some sort of music in there ipod or other device...what is it that you listen to...what song or band gets you motivated to get up those extra reps.....would love to see the variety of music people listen to and maybe add a few more songs to my ipod....every little bit helps.....me being new i hope this went to the right forum.....

Do a search for this guy named MO STORM via the site www.mp3unsigned.com thats what Ive been listening2 man he rocking and is a ONE MAN BAND his stuff is powerful in my opinion. check out his songs titled get him before he stops his free downloads as i feel somebody is going to pick this guy up as he is that good. I like his slower stuff as well stuff sounds reaaly good

It kinda sucks that some of his new mainstream stuff that has actually been getting radio play is nowhere near as good as the stuff I mentioned of him.
I listened to hustle hard remix, go n get it and the statement 2 mixtape for like 2-3 years straight when they were first released.
Been doing a lot of Itunes radio. Mostly metal and gangster rap station. On the metal front I am digging Behemoth and on the rap side TI, Kendrick and Gorilla Zoe.
