Alternative way to use ECA while dieting.
This is how I use it, only on training days and prior to a workout to start off with, I will take 32mg of ephedrine, 200mg caffeine, and 80mg aspirin 20 minutes before a workout and I am on a low carb diet
We all know the standard 3 times a day protocol but the problem with this is that your body gets used to it rapidly and before you know it you are not getting any results at the same dose so you are left with no choice but to up the dose. So by using it as stimulant for your workout for the first half of your diet you will not tap out your rectors.
Say you diet for 12 weeks, the first 6 weeks use as described above at week 6 used as described below.
At week six I take 8mg of ephedrine when I wake up and 8mg at launch, at week 7 I take 16mg of ephedrine when I wake up and 16mg at launch, at week 8 I take 24mg of ephedrine when I wake up and so on and so on. Now the primary reason for the ECA in the morning and at launch is for fat burning and to suppress appetite, while your pre-workout ECA still remains as a stimulant.
The reason for this is because at the beginning it is easy to take off fat so this allows you to start light but finish strong at the end when the body holds on to fat stronger.
