Healthy wheat bread? Who avoids bread?

ad

Just wondering, I see a lot of mixed things about brown bread, but I personally love bread. My bread has 7 grams of protein and like 17g of carbs per slice. I use it for tuna or turkey sandwiches, or toast in the morning.... Is it impossible to cut while eating bread? Guess I'm just wondering what's so bad about it, and if any of you guys avoid it while dieting.

have you tried ezekiel bread, pigs fly bread or just generic sprouted grain breads? ezekiel bread comes frozen at many normal grocery stores and doesn't have a load of HFCS and added sugars. it has a lot of fiber and it is really dense, but has a great bready flavor. it has 80 cals per slice and 4 grams of complete protein because it uses a blend of grains including lentils. I personally try to avoid the mass produced garbage breads that use lots of highly refined ingredients.

On my cut diet I have to eat 50g of carbs before two so you could eat 3 slices before two and that's it but that's my diet so I tend to not eat any breads while dieting.

Haha, I didn't mean literally impossible. But more difficult...I've just seen people say it hinders their fat loss

Yeah I saw you stated that in another thread. I've never been into single digits before but no carbs/low carbs <100 seems to make no difference for me in weight loss minus feeling like poop.
