i have one cycle under me but it was a mistake (did not know what i was doing) testp cycle, my body works well with this content.
lost it all fast, and never new what pct was but i been learning more and helped by many members on here.
diet i am near where i want as for 7day meals and carbs,protein,good fat..... etc and (diet are fcking expensive)
wanna start 12weeks testp only cycle which will be around 500mg a week
pct 3days after cycle is complete
Clomid 100, 100, 50, 50.
Nolva 50, 50, 25, 25
my nolva came in 50mg so last 2weeks i will take it every other day since half life is 3days and be like taking 25mg aday (thanks zewi)
aromasin i have in hand will use incase of signs of gyno
also i have apt next month for a full physical so i can get my kidney count,liver count etc
so i wont cycle till i know my full body stats and will post up blood work ~~~~> i am learning =]
next cycle will be test e and mybe deca planning on stocking this sucker by this week ahead of time =]

+1 i would like to have aas as an assist then as something i need, and would like to get the full effect with a solid diet. by xmas when i have it down and feel i am ready then aas will come into play.

Try to stick to a strict diet at LEAST for 60 days and train hard before u start your cycle bro, cuz at the end it'll be way more satisfying.:)

Try this diet out if youd like bro!
Wake up and do 20-30 min of cardio!
Meal1: whey protein shake 2scoops/1 egg/1 ccup oats/1 cup plain non fat yogurt, 2tbs cold milled flax seed oil,& 1 bananna.
Pre workout Meal2: 7 egg whites 3 whole egg w/ 1/2 cup of sweet potatos OR 1/2 cup of brown rice.
Post workout Meal 3: whey protein shake 2scoops 1tbs flax seed oil.
Meal 4 : 4-8oz of ground turkey 1/2 cup brown rice
(Meals 1-4 are all before 2pm)
Meal 5: 6oz chicken breast with 1lb brocholli.
Meal 6: 2 scoops Casein shake with 100% pure almond milk.
Meal 7: 8-10oz fish. Tiilapia and 1/2lb brocholli.
Meal 8: casein shake 2 scoops 30min before bed to fire up the metabolism and feed muscles through the night.
supps: multi vitamin. Fish oil, Milk thistle, Saw Palmetto oh n LOTS N LOTS of WATER! have a cheat meal once a week)
