linebacker off season/on cycle and training

Hey guys

Play linebacker and I'm Aussie, just curious about tips for training for off season and also what cycle would be good for my off season and then also training and cycle for when the season starts, I know season has start but I've taken this season off due to work and would like to prepare all year next year for the best results.. ran one cycle 10months ago of 12 weeks test e.

depends if you wanna cut or bulk, im assuming you wanna bulk since your a linebacker. Try EQ... longer cycle and adds lean, solid mass. Its a great compound and the results stay with you.

Try: 500/wk Test E or Cyp
600/wk EQ

Some people have different opinions of mg/wk... some like higher EQ than test some say equal amounts... Personally I like higher EQ to avoid bloat from Test... Make sure you have your PCT and AI handy. Good luck bro, I love this stack and very little sides... I ran last time for 16 weeks and went from 212lbs 9.8%bf to 245lbs 10.2%bf

thanks mate, i will prob run that cycle when im bulking but im curious for a cycle for when the seasons starts and il be doing cardio again trying to lose most of the BF from the bulk and get faster
