I am 3 weeks into my first cycle and am starting to feel really good at the gym but I seem to be running into a little problem with having an appetite for a ton of food. I try to shovel tons down my throat but i was wondering if when I don't have an appetite can I drink a mass/meal replacement shake and if so will I get the same results from those that I would by eating another meal?

56tooBrother Ill tell u if it wasn't for protein shakes I dont know how I cld. take in so many calories. Sometimes I get nauseated with the shakes. I think I'll try protein enemas!LOL. I think you're Ok. Some of the guys here say they blend their food in a blender just to get the calories in, but I haven't tried that yet
