Weight Loss Cycle (update)

ad

40 yr. old on trt, 180lbs., 19.5% body fat, 2-3 cycles in the past, strict diet for the past 8-10 weeks:
breakfast: 2 eggs, small fruit bowl, coffee with splenda
snack: small hand full of almonds(about ten almonds), small apple, large glass of water
lunch: large spinach salad with 3-4oz chicken breast and 3 tsp. of vinigereitte, large glass of water
snack: orange, small hand full of walnuts, large glass of water
dinner: 3-4oz. baked fish, large helping of steamed broccili, small romanian salad with 2-3 tsp. of vinigereitte.

I've drop 15lbs. and hit a stopping point: been at 180 for 2-3 weeks now. Cardio is 3-4 times a week(whatever my work week allows), and weight training about 3 times. I sprint and walk for about an hour each session.

So, I was thinking of either doing a 6wk cycle of clen and keto or a 14wk. cycle of test cyp and winstol. I would start the clen out at 40mcg increase every week until i find my correct dosage and starting in week 2 and running through week 6, i would take 2mg of keto before bed.

As far as the test and winny go, 500mg test cyp (250mg sun. and 250mg. wed), for 12 weeks. Then starting week 10 add the winny at 50mg ed through week 14...then back to trt.

I will be taking adex at 1mg eod and something for liver protection. Also, i take 1 animal pack everyday, triple fish oil, osteo-biflex, and will add saw palmento(however it's spelled). I will add alot more protein too.

Any thoughts?

I have changed a few things about my diet and cardio program. I've taken some of sgt's advice and incorporated the sprinting/push up routine into my program. I also changed my diet to include more protein enriched foods. Iam also using the livestrong app. to keep tracked of my calories and a mobile version of excel to log my protein, carbs and fats. I am now eating around 1800 calories with 55% in the form of protein, 30% carbs, and 15% fats(this is an estimate). I've been trying to burn at least 400 calories every cardio session. I will be trying to go twice a day, if I feel up to it(I know, cardio is done on empty stomach). I have more energy now that I 've increased my calories. I will give this a couple weeks at the very least to drop another pound or two and then it's on to clen and/or t3 stack.

i went out and bought a skinfold caliper today and my bodyfat % is 10-11. so, maybe i will start a short 8 week cycle of prop, var and oxypro elite.

Holy shit Sargent, that is alot to take in brother. Remember, Iam not 18 again....lol if i only had that much energy. But, i don't and its not that Iam lazy, it's balancing work, family, getting in shape and finding time to relax is very time consuming. What you suggest is by all means an excellent program. Trust me when I say this, I've been there done that: when i got out of the us army, in my late 20's, i did the whole flax seed, vitamin and mineral deal; along with, a strict diet and working out 5-6 times a week. I did this type of program into my early 30's, then it wasn't enough so i did my first cycle. So, i know where you are coming from and it takes alot of time and money. If i was single and in my 20's again, sure but as of right now, i need some added help or insurance. I guess, everyone's situation is different and we will never know exactly what someone is dealing with or their previous experiences, but you offer some great advice. If i could go back in time, i would follow your plan to a tee, but i can't and that time in my life is over. I mean mo disrespect just making my experience and situation known.....

First. Congrats on the weight loss. It is tough to stay disciplined, but clearly you'be done well here.
I don't think AAS will help you achieve your weight loss goals. They aren't fat burners, they are anabolics.
But, if you stay with your regimen of diet and exercise, and I assume you are, a little clen will kick up your metabolism. You'll be able to tell due to the headaches and the shakes. Maybe that will help kick start your weight loss again, and get you over the hump.
I don't think test and winny are your answers.

Thank you, but Iam no saint just a squirrel trying to get a nut...lol I was thinking with the test and Winnie cutting cycle: i could add some lean muscle mass and drop some body fat; not to mention, i would fell real good with all that test......haha
Anyway, maybe the Clem is all i need right now and save the test/winnie for a lean mass cycle.
