Separating Eggs

Here is a fun and easy way to separate the egg yolk from the whites. You will need an empty plastic water bottle. First, crack whole egg and place in bowl, then take water bottle, remove cap if one is on, then squeeze. bottle, place opening of bottle on egg yolk and release.

Why not use the egg shells or better yet, your hands? Crack that egg over a bowl, and dump it right into your hand. Gently roll it back and forth between each hand, with your fingers slightly spread apart for the whites to run through. Your hands are tools. Use them
But seriously, the bottle trick sounds kind of fun. I'm going to try it ;)
I usually use two whole eggs and two eggs with whites only. This cuts down on fat and cholesterol, especially if you eat a lot of eggs.
