RustyhookerMakwa runs dhb often and forums on it too. My first run with it. Delts, tris, vento glute, mid glute, intermedius quad, outer quad. Trying to keep ritation moving. 1.25cc blended so its small pins. Bigger groups if weekly isnt cirrect then 1.5cc if needed.
