Never seen crashed gear before? Common to happen to test cyp especially in the winter months. Easy to fix.

I just wrapped mine in a heating pad for a few min.
lot of people will dunk the vial in boiling water, bake it, or even just put a pin in the rubber and use a hair dryer on it. needs heat. test c can crash at even 60°F, not a big deal but can be annoying.

The pip with bold cyp isn't bad, not like other bold cyp's i've tried in the past. The DHB I've never tried. some people say smooth, others say it's painful. I'd leave more towards it having a bite

I just ordered from him. While it’s my first time I everyone I’ve asked has had a good experience and they ordered multiple times. If you look around here you’ll find people who individually got it tested and shared the results with us, some bloodwork too
we do testing but we prefer for customer to post independent testing, I can manipulate anything and make it look good so it just feels like a sales gimmick if I post them
