Congrats brother. There is currently a trial going on at Keck medical school in California on the benefits of using oxandrolone after rotator cuff surgery. Started in 2018 and scheduled to be complete by July 2025. Will be interesting to see their findings.
I've had labrum tears in both shoulders. I found personally that extensive rehab, rest, massage therapy coupled with PED use greatly helped heal my shoulders and a partial bicep tear. With proper lifting technique I can now workout shoulders/bench 90% pain free and havnt re torn the labrum in years.
Sounds like you just gave me an excuse to add anavar to the stack. Good to hear a success story. I am pretty sure I tore it benching which is making me nervous to restart it, but I was doing a ton of shoulder work at the time so maybe that was just the last straw.
I've stuck with BPC157/TB500 and I've been religious with the PT. It's taken a few months but it's close to zero pain day to day - just a few specific movements that cause issues.
