I had a slight feeling right before it started but nope, didn't puke. I seen Noro going around, went to the store to pick up some cough medicine and they were sold out of the one I wanted, apparently everyone in the area just got hit with it.
Are they working on fixing their orders? I’ve tried reaching out to them and no response yet. It’s been two weeks since I put my order in. For years I never had an issue with them until now.

Guessing ya ordered between Jan.15th-24th. The system had issues and he posted instructions 11 days ago. Go to page “3” of this discussion page and you’ll see his comment.
I ordered the 5th and it was shipped yesterday already estimated arrival of Friday so will be 9 days total and that’s WITH an issue finding donation on their end.
Never had an issue, but remember they are all human.
Emails and DM’s here do the trick normally
I seen the message they sent out about those dates, but my order was put in almost a week after. I’m guessing they’re having similar issues again with certain orders.
I’ve sent 3 emails I think with no response as of yet. So at this point idk just wait I guess
I'm guessing they're still dealing with the deleted orders fiasco from last month. I'm guessing that's part of the reason for the hold up.
They actually just emailed me and made everything good. Went above and beyond to make it right can’t ask for better than that top notch.
You may have ordered in a time period where their system had issues, you should contact them directly to resolve this

If it's for test c 200, they were waiting on the label. it was listed earlier than it should have been
It wasn’t test but I did get an email back last night they went above and beyond handling it
All it says is fully paid and settled , and nothing in the ready to ship box
Mine took slightly longer than usual as a problem occurred, but was resolved quickly and shipped this morning.

if it's in pending it generally means we're waiting for you to update the payment status. If you pay with anything other than BTC, you need to manually update the payment information in your account history.
