Endocrinologist, or your primary care physician (PCP)? PCPs tend to not really know how to handle low-T, and if anything, cautiously prescribe low doses as they are afraid of triggering a review, as test is a controlled substance. Get yourself a referral to an endocrinologist and they will certainly bump you to a minimum 100 mg/week, possibly even higher with your bloodwork history. Request self-administration, so you can dose 2x/week as well. My endo prescribes 120mg/week, supplied as four 1mL vials every 4 weeks. I simply take a bit more ;-)
And as jgiss just said, omg, if you get any pushback on this, grab yourself five 10 mL vials from any of the top sources here and you have a one-year supply of TRT now in your drawer, and self-administer.
