Timeframes for taking Daily 5mg Cialis and 25mg Cialis for sex or gym pumps? What type of protocols are you guys running for fucking?
AK805mg swallowed ED or EOD is fine for general health or just take a baby aspirin. 10mg under the tongue an hour before the gym is good for pumps. 20mg on the weekends as an insurance policy if you drink too much whisky. Nobody needs more than that and if you do, you'll just wind up with a head ache.
I do 5mg daily in the afternoon before workout. Sometimes I’ll skip a day or two if the hard-ons start getting annoying, yes I know that sounds crazy. Between Test, Tren, and Cialis I’m practically a flag pole.

Weekender outta town 5mg night we leave. 5mg morning. Stiff all weekend
I take 5mg cialis 2 hours before the gym (same time every day) and pumps are amazing at the gym and still amazing at night for pound town. It also decreases my BP a good amount. Without it, I'm always in the 127/85 range and on cialis I'm always in the 110/76 range. I check mine daily at home. I love it. Ive never tried any higher dose as I respond well at 5mgs and I tend to get mild heart burn some days with it depending on what I eat.
