sent you a friend request in regards to an order i placed, paid for, and responded with the pertinent information. got an email saying to pay for my order within 12 hours. the funds have not been picked up yet, and i am concerned my emails are not getting through. i did pay the very next day after i placed the order and i don't want you to think i placed an order and didn't make a prompt payment. i ordered from you earlier this year and i have to say your gear is amazing and i look forward to running it again. thank you.

I've placed several orders with them and I've had a fantastic experience with them thus far. On my latest order however, my cypionate vials appeared to have frozen but none of the other products were affected. After allowing them to sit overnight, they still appear to have some sort of material in them that will not reconstitute; the liquid is also cloudy. I emailed a picture to them but I've not heard anything from them in nearly 4 days. Even if I could get a syringe to load, I'm not going to inject this into my tissue.

Has anyone else see this before?

I see there's some jug heads out there saying this is not a reliable source or feeling like they've got scammed!! Let me put you at peace and ease your mind! First off I've dealt with these guys a lot (ALOT) yoked and grizzly are always on point and handle their business very professionally! Not to mention the products are fire, The best I've had in along time!! You got to keep in mind things happen there human beings just like us. They have families, they get sick and have to deal with every day drama and bullshit just like we do! Just know this is one top notch reliable source. Plus your ETA for your stuff to land Will take a little longer cause of the holidays! Keep up the hard work guys and thanks for all you do! This has been worst experence ive had dealing with any source before. I didnt want to write this but ive officially given up and accepted ive been ripped off. I made order nov 3rd, funds were picked up immediatly i recieved email saying gear would be sent that weekend. 2 weeks pass nothing in mail still, so i send email guy apologizes says he'll check on it anyways this goes on for a week and keep getting same i'll check on it response. Finally he emails Apologizes again says this isnt how he does buisness that they made mistake in inventory and were out of test and anavar and they would ship rhe other stuff and give me a coupon for everything else. A week passes still nothing he gets restocked and i place another order with voucher. 2 more weeks still nothing says he'll check on it but i never get a response and then just last thurs he emails me again apologizes and says he will personally get to bottom of it and he would give me a coupon to get some extra stuff. Ive yet to recieve any kind of follow up email after he said he would personally take care of it and ive sent him 2 emails since and no answer.Bottom line is ive sent proably 15 emails back and forth and its been close to 45 days and nothing. I did reciveve the small order from voucher but nothing on the large order i placed on the 3rd and now hes not responding to emails again. I would highly recomended using another source this guy doesnt have his stuff together. Communication has been nightmare and overall customer service piss poor. I understand everyone makes mistakes and things happen but ive given him 45 days almost to fix this and all ive gotten is i'll look into and apologies.
