IM STILL WAITING on a tracking verification on a package that i was told was mailed out 8-9 days ago. Sent several emails & PM's and no answer. The items were for a friend who is now dry from 800mg's p/wk of Test so its kind of an emergency. I was told it was mailed but it obviously wasn't. When i ask about it i get no answer. All i asked for was the truth so that i could have ordered a bottle from another source to get him by until this is resolved. I've been a customer for over 2 years and this lack of response is very irritating when i see that Yoked is obviously in communication with others on here, just not with me.
Hey guys i'm the one who wrote the comment above. Just wanted to update everyone. I just got my pack in the mail today. I was told it was shipped 8 or 9 days ago and after a few days i started asking Yoked what happened. I got no response for several days and thought i was being ignored. Although there was some lack of communication on his part and it obviously wasnt shipped out yet when they claimed it was...he did respond back last night and apologize for the delayed respond and said that yes it was shipped. I just got it today and HE NOT ONLY REPLACED MY DAMAGED GEAR, BUT ALSO SENT ME 4 EXTRA BOTTLES.
So just wanted everyone to know the situation has been rectified Yoked went above & beyond.
