Been waiting on whether you guys shipped my stuff or not. Said 'ready to ship' over a week ago and then, a week later almost, I get the email saying 'we're out of this product, what can I get you instead'? I about flipped out cause I thought I would just sit back and be patient for you guys to ship it...like, do I need to send you a pm each time just to remind you to ship my stuff after you send me an email saying 'ready to ship'?
Shipping time is up to 15 days after payment is picked up brother. No need to send me a pm unless it is beyond that time. Have some patience . this is not amazon. If you don't want a replacment item kindly shoot me a pm with order number and what the item is and we can figure something out. I'm being polite to you since you have been a custo for a long time now. There is no reason to jump on my SI spitting off at the mouth when it hasn't even been 15 business days since you paid and guess what? You got that email because your pack was about to be packed and shipped but realized there was a mis count on stock.
Same - asked ahead to check it was in stock. "Yes, it's in stock"

You can also pm me the order number and what item you were asked to change. At the time you asked we probably did have that item in stock. Orders are filled on a first come first serve basis. We are busy and if something goes out of stock or mis counted we are sorry. If there is an issue you can easily pm me here
Did same thing to me back in november. Ended up getting gift card and then charged me for shipping again. Communication was worst ive ever experenced and only recived part of order.

Mine took a few days longer than usual but eventually shipped. I also had a problem with a vial I ordered not being in stock but they gave me a gift card. I agree though that they have been slower but my last few packs came in around the 2 week mark. You should be good it's just taking an extra few days for whatever reason. These guys do a good job though so don't worry too much yet.
