Anyone had any recent issues with Suppdirect.com? I sent a couple of emails a few days ago to [email protected] enquiring about placing an order and got no reply. Also, on the website when you click “Contact” it takes you to a page not found message. I’m a previous customer there, indeed a few times, and service was good so this is a bit surprising/worrying.

I wish to apologize to suppdirect and fellow eroids users. I had an issue with an order and handled it the wrong way entirely. I was rude to fellow members and brought suppdirects reputation into question.
My impatience caused me to act rashly. Literally the day after I caused a fuss, my order arrived, as promised. Perfectly packaged as usual. I jumped the gun and caused unnecessary drama and abused the review system for my own gain. I'm embarrassed

The issue with @jason86 has been sorted now it was slight issue as there is a postal strike going on random days and has delayed a few things but all has been resolved
