Placed order on 16/2/23 was shipped to Ireland but sent back. Arrived back in uk on the 14th march. have tried to follow up with live chat but have gotten no response in my last 4 messages about whats going to happen next.

davieboy1986Same happened to me different supplier sender never put import code on package that's why its returned to sender. Customs don't let anything through that doesn't have import code. Of course sender address is a bogey address.
Source resent mine again as it was there fault.. Hopefully SD will sort you out, nightmare I know when it happens. Hope you get sorted

I placed an order for France on January 22, 2023. The suppdirect site informs me after payment that the order is posted but I still have no news of my order which has been paid. Is the tracking numbert good or what is going on with royail mail.royail mail say exports have resumed but i have no news.i am very worried...am i the only one in this case?

a very strange company . Maybe I've had it easier with the last few suppliers , but these guys seem like very hard work . "Tony" , if he exists , doesn't really seem to want to talk to his customers . Paid for next day Royal Mail delivery - delivered a day late , doubt I'll see that again . Asked him a few questions as to out of stock products and he ignored me . Asked him about Christmas posting schedules. ignored me . Maybe he can clarify the situation on here , for a highly recommended outfit , this seems like amateur hour .Will be happy to revise this post if and when we hear from this source

Still waiting for an answer on certain stocking questions and delivery schedules , but the problem is here in the U.K we're held to ransom every December by the postal unions who try to blackmail the government under threat of ruining everyone's Christmas . Hello, recently placed an order. I was provided a royal mail tracking number since more than 1 week but tracking number does not work. Says 'we're unable to confirm the status of your item with reference xxxxxxxx'. Anyone got this before? Seller says the status will get updated but it's still the same.

Issue has been sorted. Apparently, there was an issue with the initial tracking number. I have been provided with a different one which shows that the parcel was dispatched on the order date. Thanks.
Looks like they've gone down? Paid for a small order nearly 2 weeks ago, sent proof and order got cancelled 2 days later. Seller ghosting so can only assume they're either not in business anymore or just scamming people now.

placed several orders in the past no problem... But just recently placed a small order (1 vial) on the DATE. Sent transfer, then i email proof and also sent to the APP. took them ages to reply back saying "give me a few hours". Been 4 days no response after several emails and REDACTED messages. Thank god i did not place a large order like previously. Any one else having the same issue??? My test has run out Lol.... order id:REDACTED order is still in "preparation in progress"
