We have now new stock added we haven’t been so active on the discussion page but we have been keeping a eye on everything, we want to make a suppdirect.com your one stop source store.
I have used supplementdirect.com in the past and have had zero issue with them. I have always gotten my product on time and my order has been right. However I ordered on May 1st 2024 and I still haven’t received the correct tracking number for my order. I have emailed their support team, to try and resolve the issue but to no avail. Making this post is kind of a last ditch effort to try and get someone from suppdirect to hear me.
Did you have any luck with this?
Yes I did, got into contact with customer support. They were very apologetic, cordial, and even sent a gift in my package. Everything worked out well.
I have been using this supplier for quite a number of years and never had a problem, until now.
My last order included 4 Adelfi Test Cypionate 200, but I received 4 Adelfi Test Enanthate 300. I personally get much better results with Cyp than I do with Enan. I Have tried to resolve the issue through the proper channels of email ([email protected]) with no luck. I have sent three different correspondences over the course of about three weeks and have received absolutely no response.
I can't understand how they can treat a customer of 10+ years by ignoring them. I would have never expected such unprofessionalism and a complete absence of customer service. I am only asking that they correct a mistake that they made. I just want what I ordered.
They have made me feel like a complete sucker as they clearly have no respect or loyalty to their long-term customer. I have certainly showed loyalty to them. As such, I will no longer be purchasing from them unless they make good on my order.
I really like these guys and hope that they don't force my hand.

This is an update to my original comments.
Suppdirect has now responded to my situation in a very positive and professional way. Not only are they sending me the Cypionate, but they have given me the Enanthate as a gift.
I can't thank them enough for their generosity and their positive business etiquette. I am more than satisfied with their solution. As such, I highly recommend them as an excellent source for all your gear needs.
