I personally have u see this source several times with zero issues before being on this forum. SupD is a quality source who always came through. Remember fellas postal services are still hit or miss but this guy is a stand up guy. I hope it works out for you.

When something doesn't seem right, its probably not. I ordered from a UK source 1 week ago and got my gear. With this source, suppdirrect. I get excuses, paid over 600 bucks for gear and this journey started way back in may. Still notto. Nothing

You have never had a problem before with a order before but you have not mentioned that once, due to COVID 19 there have been 8 parcels that have been lost by postal services which is NOT OUR FAULT, we try our upmost best to reship the parcels even though we do not have a reship policy in place, but the better thing is to refund you & get this over & done with
That's appreciated. Just know that I ordered from another UK based source and it took 1 week to get my pack. Also I still haven't received my refund. It's been a joke since may 28th. The best thing is to move on. Waiting on refund. Source did refund my money. First pack was seized. Second one who knows... .....

Okay. Source says he shipped my pack last wed. Sent me a screenshot of tracking number. Problem is , the service he used to ship it says it hasn't been given to them to send it. I feel like I am getting the run around. Ordered 2 Ghkits and 2 other products. Been over a month since I paid.. still nothing. In 4 days it will me 2 months since I paid.....
Today makes it official. been 2 months and still nothing......
These guys do seem legit but very slow shipping compared to other uk sources 7 to 14 days to states always with working tracker even with pandemic.
Im on day 24 and nothing yet but will see as tracker is pointless doesnt register as prob sent standard mail.
Think your spot on. Pretty sure source uses cheapest way to send gear. In fact I placed a order from another UK source and its scheduled to be delivered today. That's 1 week. There are different rates to send parcels. Maybe he needs to upgrade the shipping..
Defo sucks but i can say for sure i wont be using these guys ever again il prob take it as a loss after long 60 days tho im not one to chase sources around il prob drop him a msg and leave it at that.

Paid for order may 28th. Source said 2 different packs would be sent. Pack # 1 is in the wrong state. It's been there since June 19th. Pack # 2 shows that just a label has been created. Emailed source. It is hit or miss with communication.

I can’t wait till after this pandemic is over .... it seems like orders T/A are pretty shitty right now .... ready to pull the trigger on an UK source I use to have one that was my go to but they’ve shut down man I miss those guys I’ve been running US domestic sources only but I’m ready to get on the Uk bandwagon again very soon!.... throughout all the places I’ve ordered gear from UK seems to be the best I would always get my stuff in 7-10 days on the east coast of the USA
Update I received my package today. Like I said below he was solid, answered all emails and it was just very delayed to this COVID19 issue
I put an order in 03/31/20. My tracking number for RoyalMail says wrong and my last communication on 04/22/20. I was emailed that tracking number has not updated due to COVID will be register tomorrow on the 23rd. Today’s the 27th and my tracking number still does not work. Emailed Source and (today)asked them to check that I have correct tracking number. Source always get back to me. Lot to be said for that
