Out of curiosity Grrl how many inj sites do you use? My wife will only let me pin her glutes. I'm not complaining mind you I just think she should maybe throw in delts as well.

I think I m getting away with it because they are big enough and I regularly get deep tissue work done on them and ThAT seems to make a huge difference for me.
