zschlitz1Give here some HGH and test. That should have her feeling better
RustyhookerTest is known for weakening ligaments. Hgh though....bingo!
Sorry Rusty, I sincerely hope everything turns out ok!
RustyhookerThanks boss! With the help of this site, things look better.
It should take care of that but depending on how big the dog is you may want to adjust the dose.
RustyhookerResearched and found dose by weight
Does it help with sciatica?
That's nerve damage right? I can't speak on that. It promote healing of soft tissue damage.
Oh ok then
I'm not sure if there are peptides for nerve damage. Maybe check the peptide forum.
Squat day tomorrow :( Gonna try for 7 sets of 10 with 225.
Do a drop set on ur last set with 135 to failure be ur best set n ull feel it fer days
Now you tell me! LOL, I'll try that next time...
I don't remember the last time I did anything above 5 reps on squat. That's all I do for legs and they're monstrous. I actually find myself only doing heavy singles to avoid them getting bigger and they STILL grow. My calves and arms, on the other hand... Trying out doing calves 3-4 days a week with heavy weight high volume and high reps.
I try to blame my lack of leg growth on genetics. This may be true or it may be because I don't work them hard enough? I have 18" arms but the legs of an Ethiopian marathon runner. Ha Ha, No,their not that small but I would like to get more leg growth to even out.
Genetically I have pretty shitty legs but I have found that higher reps work best and I think this is the case for slot of people. I don't go below 10 reps and I go as high as 20. Calves on the ther hand not so much. Can't find amyrhinf that works best for them they grow slow as hell regardless of what I do.
MightyMatt812I've been doing this for 3 months and Calf and legs in general doubled in size set tread up 40% incline 100lb belt set speed 3 or 4 fast walk 3 sets 10 min or 2 for 15 feel the burn and watch them grow
I'm deff gonna try the higher rep for a few weeks then switch back to heavy for like 2 weeks.
I like drop sets on the leg sled or rest pause. Try loading up your sled do 15 reps lock it in place but don't get up wait 15-20 seconds then do 15 more reps. Repeat until you can't possibly do anymore and call that set one. Everyone is different but I get a tremendous PUMP.
How many exercises do you do for your legs? I'm doing squats, leg extensions and leg curls. Do you think throwing in leg press would help? I'd like to do 4 exercises for legs but I'm pushing 50 so I don't have the endurance I once had.
This is just my opinion but others may feel different. I like doing pre exhaust leg extentions then leg curls followed by squats, leg press, split squats. Then I do some drop sets on leg extentions again. I also hit anduction and adduction machine.
Squat day like this :(....wtf man??!!?? Lol
Legs for me and the missus too, gonna go crush it!!
Struggling thru an injury or something?
My legs...They don't grow...
maybe reconsider what you are doing???
sent you a pm sugar plum... =)
I've been training heavy. I've dropped down to 225lbs and I'm gonna try and do more reps. What you think?
You ALWAYS have to mix it up, weights reps order of exercises...ALL THAT. You have to spark your body into a mode that's like "wait...wtf is this now??!!" Your body is always looking for a biological state of equilibrium, called homeostasis...that's why 'routines' for 4-6 weeks are garbage. After week 2 you are already conditioned to it IMO
I agree .. the body is always trying to reach a balance and adjust
And on that note, after some fleeting thoughts of fitness genius ;-) lol....kidding....Time for bed here. I just smashed some potato chips, cheese, dessicated beef liver tabs, glutamine, and flax oil! Need rest for my leg day.
