Everyone in my family gave me their steak fat tonight. It actually melted in my mouth! I felt I needed the extra calories today because of working nights I slept a lot today and missed my window for carb uptake. I only had 2 cups of blended oatmeal that I drank when I got up. Running Tren right now so I don't want to eat a lot of carbs before bed. I'm off the next two days so I'm going to try and really load up on the carbs while I'm off.
