Chest day today with the Wifey. She got 135 for 3 reps last week and is hoping for 4 this week.She's no Grrrl yet but she's getting there. I'm going to go for 405 for 2 reps.Big bulk meal afterwords then we're gonna hit the beach. I'm thinking about taking Dbol and Anadrol pre workout.
