Nice! I've seem it so many times. Never gets old. Might watch it again tonight now that you got me thinking about it. Have you seen raw iron, the making of pumping iron? It's pretty cool. I still haven't seen generation iron.

This dvd had raw iron on there.. it was pretty funny the outtakes... arnold was mind fucking his opponents before compititions it was pretty funny. never seen that side of him before

Have you seen his workout he did. I have his 800 page encyclopedia. He would go twice a day for like 4 hours each time and hit every muscle group 3 times a week with crazy volume. On top of that his bi and rti would get hit indirectly the day before on chest and back day so basically he was hitting his arms 6 days a week lol. Year round dbol cycles they were nuts back then.

So guys I been meaning to post something about this. I know all of you are like me and bust your ass day in an day out in the gym, spending money on gear etc so I been using this guy for my cutting diets if anyone is interested. Its not like your typical diet from a prep coach were you have to eat the same thing at the same time everyday. For every single meal you have a choice of usually 5 different protein options, 5 or so carb options in different sizes depending on what it is (potatoes, rice, beef, chicken) and it all adds up to the same exact macros and calories for the day. He sends you this detailed questionnaire asking what you like to eat, how your day is usually (time you wake up, go to bed, gym work etc) so he can plan you meals accordingly. Also has you send pics, weight, an take measurements of all body parts once per week so he can adjust your diet based on how things are going. The prices are extremely reasonably also, I'm paying 200 bucks for 8 weeks and like I said every week I send him those stats an he makes adjustment but he has cheaper plans, and also more advanced plans then that one. I think he even has 6 months for 400, and with all these you can hit him up anytime. Mine is a carb cycling plan and its working awesome. I would highly suggest him for cutting diets. I tried using him for bulking but he follows the same extremely clean way of dieting even for bulking and I like to enjoy my food more when I'm bulking, and personally I can't eat 5000 calories of chicken breast and brown rice lol. So i just figured I would let you guys know this as I want us all to reach out goals as fast as possible. If you guys want anymore info just pm me and ill give you his website so you can check out what he has to offer. Ill be posting my first before and after pics at the end of july when i hopefully reach 8%bf. keep at it bros.

I'm sure some of you guys know exactly what your doing when it comes to dieting. This is my first cut and I started at the end of April so I didn't have time to make mistakes and learn along the way as I did I first started bulking. Next year I'll start at the early and have plenty of time to learn. But for now I got a professional.

I feel like the dumb thing to do would be not cylce off at the end of July and keep going until I get to where I'm happy. I'm not going to do that I'm coming off at the end of July regardless of if I'm happy with where I'm at. But ya I know my mind set is a lot different being young but I'm have my short term goals and long term goals and I'm gonna keep them that way. I won't be mega dosing and potentially putting my health in jeopardy in order to reach them faster. I'm cool with the marathon.

No your misunderstanding what I mean by that. I started cutting very late end of April, so If I did everything perfect I could be at my goal bodyfat by the end of July when I finsh my cycle. But cutting off cycle is a big no no. Maybe you trt guys can cause you don't go through pct were your test is in the shitter for two months so wherever condition my physique is in at the end of July is whhere it's gona be until my next cycle starts. Us guys who don't trt can basically only hope to maintain what we have off cycle, maybe add a little muscle but cutting will result in huge muscle loss. When I started bulking I made a lot of mistakes. And I mean dieting and training mistakes which took a while figure out how my body responded to different diets and training routines while gaining muscle. So I knew I would have to go through the same process while cutting. Imagine if I spend 6 weeks on a keto diet and found out my body responded poorly to it so know I only had 6 more weeks to to find the diet my body responds best to. That's what I mean by I i didn't wanna make mistakes along the way. Dieting mistakes. That does not mean I'm over here juicing my face off to try an reach my goals in my set time frame. My cycle was gonna be the Same whether I was doing my diet or a professional. Does that make sense??

Ya man I understand. We have that young mentality were we want it all now and don't care about tomorrow. Luckily I love this sport so much that I want to be able to train in 20 years so I would like to think I'm as catioous or more so then a lot of the older guys regarding bloods, ancallaries and listening to my body. And I've been very good about sticking to my plans cycle wise. Funny you said that they start with just test and add this and that, before I read your comment, earlier today I was thinking about my first cycle which was test only and thinking to myself, I can't believe the thought of adding another compound never even crossed my mind during that cycle. Which is obviously a good thing. I guess I was too busy gaining 28lbs off 500mgs an loving my life on just test.

I appriciate the concern bro and I'll continue to be as careful as I can.

God I love the fucking gym, and using gear and making gains and getting shredded and everything about this lifestyle. Just had a killer arm workout so the endorphins are flowing right now. I'm sure all you guys hit it hard today to.
