Need someone to help me rationalize not taking the rest of the week of from the gym. Been having all th feelings of overtrainung the past 2 weeks or so. Tired all day, took two naps today, poor sleep st night, same weight I pushed last week on chest was heavy as hell yesterday less motivation, poor Apetite Been hitting it hard 6 days a week for the last 4 months and twice a day up until last week. On top of that I'm in a deficit of calories so I don't have the food to fuel all this. But I'm going fucking nuts just from talking today off and I really don't wanna take the whole week off but it's probably best then I can hit it hard for the last 7-8 weeks oft cycle. What you guys think I should do? Maybe try lifting tomorrow and see how I feel or just do the smarter thing and take the rest of the week off?

I'd take some time off. You'll be surprised that most times you will be stronger next time you hit the gym. I definitely believe in a good break here and there. Best to plan it around a vacation or any travel but if you don't have that in the near future just take a break. You'll come back fresher and hit the gym with more intensity

Ya I think that's the best thing to do. Then I'll be fresh and ready to go for the last 7 weeks of my cycle.

You're on Tren correct? If lethargy persists, maybe consider getting bloods. Tren is known to affect thyroid function, decreasing T3/T4 levels which can cause severe lethargy. Or maybe your estrogen is out of whack. Either way, hope the rest helps! Good luck.

I'm taking a small dose of t3 to counter the suppression. First time with tren but deca slightly suppressed my thyroid so I assume tren being a 19-nor will have the same effect . I'm feeling a lot better today tho this is my second day off but I'm still gonna take the rest of the week off. I'm Defintely overstrained slightly.

Ya that's exactly what in doing. Still sticking to my diet but just relaxing no gym at all .

Sometimes your body needs a break man, even with the nectar of the gods. At the very least go in and do a deload, and lift light and not to failure, focusing on the mind muscle connection.

Ya your right it would probably be benifical. Gear makes muscle recovering faster but i lt does nothing for the central nervous system. I'm probably gonna do full rest as opposed to a deload week. I need it. You think I could stil do abs calves and some light cardio? Or is that stil not giving my body a break?

I would just give your body the week of rest, and maybe add some extra calories for the week. You will feel like a million bucks afterward

The var is good .I dose the igf 30 min pre workout 100mcg .i drinks carbs during my workout and man had some serious workout

If that's working for you stick with it. But your using the des right? If so the half life is really short like 20mins short. I was injecting in the bathroom at the gym like a drug addict preworkout lol. I even did it mid workout for a week because I read it works best in the presence of lactic acid. But play around with your dosing times and see what you like best. I did directly pre, intra and post and I found directly before was best. But ya carbs are Defintely necessary with it. They say you cant go hypo with it but I felt really shitty if I wasn't sippin on Gatorade while I worked out.

Good luck bro. I've officially given up on pinning delts. I've tried 5-6 times the last month and if I pin as little as 1ml I'm in horrible pain for days.

I just don't get it. You would think they would get used to it after the first few times but nope. Weirdest part is the first time I did them was the least painful and my technique has gotten much better since then but I'm in more pain now. I jus don't get it.
