I think I should be nominated for the Nobel prize. I discovered the cause of the random pip in my quads that only happens some times. If I pin my quads, and have sex that night I get pip. I could feel the pain when I was fuckong my girl. Tensing the muscle hard on and off when fucking causes the pip. Pinned the other one the next day and didn't have sex and no pip. Still have not discovered the cause of this horrible pip I keep getting in my delts tho. But I can assure you guys my team of a scientists are working hard to find the cause lol. Happy pinning bros.
try hitting stomach fat with sub q 1 cc per site if you cant get over pip it just leaves a knottt
