Whats up cnc peeps, just when i get my diet dialed in and start looking good, body fat melting, striations and vascularity kicking in full force. .....i tweak my back. Get this, not in the gym....getting out of bed. Tomorrow will be day 12 of eating percs like candy and im not taking another day off.....so here goes nothing, gonna ease into it tomorrow and hope i can work through the pain....and get back to breaking PR's
If it helps I had the clean cut version of snoop dog weighing in at 150 wet 6 foot 6 tell me to sto0 slamming weights on my dead-lifts i was on my 275 5x4 rep going onto my 5x5 rep I only drop 2 3 inches from floor, I had to stop because I was so fucking pissed he had the audacity as a personal trainer to claim i was slamming weights then says if its to heavy then you need to lower weight. I said this was my last set and rep- He asks -Do you need me to show you'? I said NO I SPEAK ENGLISH
All the while his client is sitting there tickling his head... I lost focus did my last set ad set the weight down slower and i felt it..... Luckily tren helps repair things faster then that dude is gonna get fired... If you have seen captain phillips he looks like he skinny Somalian guy who takes over the boat.

work on the core brotha... used to have the same issues with my back despite having a 400lb deadlift. back can be strong as hell but if you don't strengthen the core then your gunna lose. good luck dood
Ya that's the truth. My back is my strongest muscle but it's also permentally fucksd. L4-5 annular year and some bulding discs.its still strong as hell but it's fucked.

Start stretching and moving. Now! My backs been fucked up for 15 years man and the only thing that helps it is to stretch, a lot, and keep up physical activity. Laying around is the worst thing for it, the muscles will just start to lock up and it will stay fucked. Stretch and then stretch some more. Good luck homie, get well!

Im trying to do what I can but I do a lot of compound stuff normally and free weight and its hard because i need a base to stabilize with and I cant use my dominant leg... ie bench, db bench, etc. Ive been going and doing machines but they fucking blow.... not gunna lie i have a love/hate with leg day.
I do to bro. I go through phases where I really hate it then other times when I like it. But as much as I bitch about it I always do it. Chicken legs look so stupid on a build upper body. Leg day separates the men from the boys. Doesn't it seem like everyone skips it. I sware no one in my gym does legs.
heard that we have 3 doods that lift together and have a jacked upper body so I was like ok they can lift but then they wore shorts last week and i tried so hard not to laugh. its redic.... how do you not know your legs are that thin
idk how they do it man. As much as leg day is extremely taxing and not my favorite day, chicken legs are worse. It looks so stupid. I seriously think 3/4 of my gym do not do legs at all. Not like skip it one week here and there, they literally never do legs. Friend of mine was a international student massive upper body no legs so i was giving him shit about it and he said ya i think I'm gonna start doing legs when i go back to scotland. I thought he just lifted legs like a pussy but he had literally never done them once. Massive probably 18 inch arms lean, big chest, no back no legs lol. total beach body lifter

I was on Tren ace 100mg EOD ams took everyone's advice about transitioning to the Tren e and now its my 3rd week on Tren e and I'm starting to see the hype. This was my first experience on short esters and I got to say, my body definitely responds better to the long esters. Maybe its just easier to keep the levels steady.
Anyhow, just checking in. Can't wait for the re-re open .lol Stay big and train hard bro's!!!
Glad your enjoying the tren bro, I know I am. I'm getting veins in places I've never seen them before. I'm sure it has a lot to do with my diet but the tren is definitely helping.
I agree on the vascularity...my veins are popping out everywhere...never thought I would like that, but gotta say, starting to love it. I thought the old lady would say something, because she always says it looks gross on the guys on the magazine covers. However, zero complaints ;) lol
