Not sure on the pct yet..few people said it was legit but I'm still awhile away from starting it. I grabbed a few hcg kits to run a blast before pct to help it along.so I'm hoping its legit or I'll have to make a quick order from someone with fast t/a.

Just got back! Did a 5x5 today, worked up to 405 again...my strength has been crap lately. Did a ton of walking lunges rev and forward, then calves.
How was your leg day man?
5 sets of 225x10 low and slow. 4 sets of 10 on leg extensions then finished off with some leg curls. I thought about doing some lunges but lower back was bothering me so I didn't want to push it. 405X5 is pretty good Bro.
what was your pump like H?
Pump was great grrrl. Everyone offered a lot of info to me and I feel like my legs have become a sort of project. I'm gonna switch it up every few weeks and incorporate some of the ideas mentioned. My quads right now are and embarrassing 23.5" I'm gonna measure again in a few months and report back.
