Anyone know how long it takes for status to change from paid to shipped? Been like that for a week now
As of now it's a bit slow because some of the orders are stuck in customs and some packages are lost in transit. So give naps a little more time. I say wait a week if it still says processing pm him.

Put my order in jan 4. My package has been sitting in customs since jan 26. I know naps already did their part but holy crap I'm tired of waiting. Put a big order in too. I've never waited this long for over seas shipping. This is why I like domestic but I wanted to try out this var I keep hearing about. The US needs to pick up the pace!
So my order was shipped 2/8 I was trying to stay patient before contacting naps and today I got my seizure letter. Super bummed. first time order, it was a very small one too. So can you guys do me a favor and explain to me the process I need to do? And if I should reply to letter or not?
Shred the letter and contact naps…take a photo of the letter first though.
I think if you reply back to the sender of that letter, you are acknowledging the stuff in it was yours. Its probably best if you act like you never received it, but Naps should take care of you.
PM naps, ignore the letter, take a pic of it in case naps wants to see, and when u reship send it elsewhere ...naps is great w this stuff don't be alarmed, it's just a minor slow down

Wanted to add to this;
Looking at the package it was stamped shipped on 2/18 from Hong Kong and delivered to US on the 21st, so a total of 3 days.
It turns out Naps is very quick at processing orders but slower in posting updates to your accounts, Naps only updated my account as shipped on the 20th.
So relax if it looks like nothing is going on with your account, Naps has proved they are hard at work just slow on updating.

been here before bro, create a ticket explain what happened give them all your information, if you still hit a road block pm uncle Nap. they'll get you straight, just gonna set you back another week or two in receiving your order worst case scenario.
Just did, homeboy seems legit & was real helpful. They do seem real solid up until customs. But, at that point what can you expect? I trust em' enough to give them my money. Came through hella solid last time.
you bet, that's the hardest part imo dealing with getting thru customs, sometimes it will fly thru others it comes to a screeching halt. also something I noticed was when guys have said in the past they tried working out issues with there customer service and didn't get anywhere they usually are the ones who come off with aggression and blatant disrespect right from the go. like who the hell would go out of there way to help someone being an asshole. some of the crap your see here is amazing. best wishes on your next cycle amigo!
Yeah, customs is just out of everyone's hands. As far as customer service, I'm pretty sure they send out damn near 99.9% of their orders. Why not, up to the border it's a legitimate business
I don't have much experience with them but what I have has been good stay calm and youll get helped out im sure man itll get sorted out..
