But you also have to understand that there is a lot of people ordering products too. So it becomes overwhelming at times to manage to update the status of orders. Rhetorically speaking, would you prefer his staff focus their efforts on updating the shipping info or actually ship it? The important thing is, it's in the process of being shipped. If you're responsible you wouldn't begin a cycle without having all the necessary essentials. Therefor what would the time really matter when it got to you? Some of the compounds you purchase come from a combination of countries, some of which have a less efficient postal system. Also they can not control customs or unforeseen hurdles like weather, track accidents etc... There's a bunch of variables that you have to take into account when conducting international business online.
